Sales and Marketing Officer
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer with a bachelor’s degree along with excellent communication skills to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of accounting, tax, audit and financial advisory services. We seek someone who is loyal, honest, hardworking and willing to learn with a strong work ethic and a desire for professional growth within the sales and marketing field.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist in driving lead generation through diverse channels, including online marketing, networking events, and referral programs, targeting both project-based and core business opportunities.
- Support in managing the complete sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, presentations, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expanded services.
- Help with managing the contract renewal process efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the preparation of accurate sales forecasts and comprehensive performance analysis reports.
- Conduct sales and marketing meetings (focusing on in-person interactions) to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the Sales & Marketing Manual.
- Implement a cohesive inbound marketing strategy to attract and engage target audiences.
- Create compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate Quest’s value proposition and it services.
- Maintain a consistent and impactful brand identity across all platforms.
- Manage social media presence with engaging content, including blog posts, tax tips, and company news.
- Support in maintaining of a professional and up-to-date website.
- Develop and distribute monthly client newsletters.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and sending weekly sales updates.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date target customer list.
- Add checklists and manage tasks using Teamwork.
- Conduct regular searches for relevant RFPs/RFQs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within a professional services environment (accounting, finance, legal).
- Seeks long-term career as a Sales & Marketing professional.
- Good written and excellent verbal communication skills in English, Dari, and Pashto.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, WordPress, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial services is highly desirable.
